After severe hail and rain damage from storm, the Insurance company sent their teams of inspectors to have a look at the damages. When I say teams, I mean 3 very popular roofing companies from Rockhampton area and they all said the same thing (Minimal damage to none.). They all were sent to fix the leak also, but that never happened!!! And none of them could identify where the roof was leaking let alone fix it. This went on for close to 12 months before with no resolution!! The insurance company said lack of maintenance for water damage and no hail damage.

Then by chance, going to the shop one day I noticed a Climatized Building Group sign on someone’s front fence, I gave them a call to see if they could fix my leaking roof. Well that was the best decision I've made in a long long time!!!! Denise came out and fixed my leak in a matter of minutes!!!! YES MINUTES!!!

He also informed me of the correct amount of hail damage which was 80%-90% of my whole roof😧 I also spoke with Josh, Dane, Mitch and Matt whom did up a proper true and accurate report on my roof for my insurance company and made sure I wasn’t FOOLED by them!! From start to finish Climatized Building Group was there for me with regular updates and progress reports. They were always on time always polite and courteous to me and my family!! The workmanship was honestly brilliant!!! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate what Climatized Building Group has done. Thanks sooo very much!!!!

Work was on a rental property. I did not have the opportunity to visually inspect final results but got plenty of photos. The group suggested initially that my insurance company had under-quoted with hail damage to solar panels and other parts of the roof. To my surprise, my insurance co. agreed to reimburse further repairs. (photos must have helped!). Then I missed the correspondence from insurance asking for details of bank acct so Climatized Team had a delay in being paid but they were very understanding. Very pleased with service.
